Dispatch and Delivery:
All goods are sent by Royal Mail First Class with signature or by equivalent courier. Orders placed before 12pm on working days are normally dispatched the same day and all orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day.
Delivery can be made to an address other than the cardholders (such as a work address or for sending gifts). We will normally email the receipt unless asked to do otherwise - please use the Additional Delivery Instructions box on checkout to make such requests.
UK Mainland Delivery*
Shipping and handling is charged for UK destinations at a flat rate of £2.99 with Free delivery over £100.
Europe Delivery*
Shipping and handling is charged for European destinations at a flat rate of £5.99 with Free delivery over £400.
Rest of World*
Shipping and handling is charged for all other world destinations at a flat rate of £7.49.
*Heavy or large items will have a shipping and handling surcharge per item. The details of which will be shown on those items in question within the site or you will be contacted prior to dispatch of these items.
